Casa Solmar is a fully custom residence located within the Chileno Bay community, part of Discovery Land Company’s portfolio of luxury developments in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Designed and furnished entirely in Mexico, every material was carefully sourced and imported, from Cristallo quartzite and Taj Mahal countertops to honed marbles and limestone flooring. The home balances natural, modern textures with sculptural Spanish-inspired furniture, creating a quiet warmth throughout. Seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living were central to the design, with features like a Cristallo-wrapped outdoor shower off the primary suite capturing the retreat’s intimate connection to its setting. Casa Solmar reflects a deeply layered approach to detail, where every element was considered for both beauty and ease.
